To manage your Global (.com/.net/.org/.biz/.info) domain name you can access the secure Melbourne IT (INWW) maintenance site here. 

NOTE: Cookies must be enabled to use Maintenance.

When you arrive at the Maintenance page you should follow the prompt to change to Secure Mode.

Contact Details
Update your Organisation, Administration, Billing and Technical Contact Details. You should always keep your contact details up to date, particularly your email address.

Delegation Details
This function allows you to change the nameservers which your domain is hosted on. e.g., from one hosting provider or Internet Service Provider (ISP) to another.

Name Server Functions
Set up your own nameservers under your domain name. For example, if you register the domain 'example.com', you can setup your own servers of 'ns1.example.com' and 'ns2.example.com'. This function should not be confused with Delegation, and is usually only used by ISP's.

Log Out
You should always log out of a domain management session when you're finished, as your authentication information is stored in cookies on the computer you're using.
